Winter Happenings at Om On Yoga

With the holiday and winter season upon us here at the studio, we have a few exciting things coming up that will keep you entertained over the next few months. Come join us at the studio, stay warm and enjoy your practice with us.

New Winter Class Schedule
We update the class schedule every season to bring you great times with our amazing instructors in a variety of classes like Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Power and more. You can find the new Om On class schedule online here.

Teacher Training 2018
Beginning in January, we will be offering a 6 month training for yogis interested in instructing. This is an opportunity for you to deepen your personal practice and your understanding of yoga. And will help to lay the foundation necessary for graduates of this program to continue on a path of growth and learning, allowing them to develop their own artistry as yoga teachers.
Instruction will be led by:
  • Kelly Kostecki, RYT 500, Program Director
  • Jonathan Miles, E-RYT 200
  • Jane Bahneman, E-RYT 500, Anatomy Lead
