300 Hour Advanced Teacher Training for 500 RYT Certification

Take your yoga teaching career to the next level and deeply immerse in the tradition of yoga. Build upon your teaching foundation in order to become a valued yoga professional in your yoga community and to your students.

In this transformative program, we will offer an opportunity to expand your teaching skills and deepen your knowledge of the yoga practice. You will not only advance your personal practice of yoga developing a personal sadhna that is equal parts devotion, knowledge, and dedication, but you will learn how to utilize your passion for yoga to inspire your teaching and offerings. Further, explore the Ashtanga-Vinyasa Tradition more deeply and advance your asana, pranayama, and meditation practices and teachings. Learn how to creatively sequence your classes to create a more dynamic offering and fully engage your students, while incorporating advance transitions, themes, energetic foci, and philosophical teachings.

We will also build upon your knowledge of the anatomical body, in order to hone your ability to appropriately align and assist students in your classes, while supplying you with the knowledge you need to teach to specific populations such as beginners, seniors, prenatal, and students with injuries. Lastly, work in small mentor groups will allow you to continue on a path of growth and learning, empowering your own artistry as a yoga teacher.

Upon program completion, students who have previously completed a 200 Hour Teacher Training at Om On Yoga or other Yoga Alliance Certified Program, as well as, 100 hours of teaching, will have the ability to apply for their 500RYT Certificate with Yoga Alliance.
